Visa Process for India, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
Visa for Indian nationals with diplomatic / official passport
a) For applicants planning to stay or visit Brunei for less than 14 days
Indian nationals with Diplomatic or Official passports are allowed to stay or visit Brunei without visa for up to 14 days.
b) For applicants planning to stay or visit Brunei for more than 14 days
Indian nationals with Diplomatic or Official passports that are planning to stay or visit Brunei for more than 14 days are required to apply for visa.
Short visit visa for nationals of India, Nepal and Sri Lanka
All applicants are required to submit the following documents to the High Commission of Brunei Darussalam in New Delhi:-
Complete visa application form per applicant
Applicant's passport. (Passport must be valid for at least six months past intended date of entry. There should be at least six unmarked pages remaining)
A copy of applicant's passport.
Invitation letter from sponsor in Brunei and/or statutory declaration stamped by the Magistrate in Brunei Darussalam.
Two (2) recent passport-size photographs with blue or white background.
A copy of confirmed travel itinerary. (return flight details)
A copy of proof of accommodation in Brunei Darussalam e.g. hotel reservation or address of stay in Brunei Darussalam.
A copy of marriage certificate (if applicable)
A copy of spouse's IC/passport (if applicable)
A copy of birth certificate (for children, if applicable)
A copy of sponsor's Identity Card (IC), latest passport and valid employment pass in Brunei. (if applicable)
A copy of relevant certificate to prove family members that need to be visited in Brunei (if applicable)
Husband/wife – Marriage certificate
Children – Birth certificates
Siblings – Birth certificates
A copy of the applicant's Bank Statement
Dependent / Business / Professional visit visa for nationals of India, Nepal and Sri Lanka
All applicants are required to submit the following documents to the High Commission of Brunei Darussalam in New Delhi:-
Complete visa application form per applicant
Copy of the immigration approval letter.
Applicant's passport (Passport must be valid for at least six months past intended date of entry. There should be at least six unmarked pages remaining)
A copy of applicant's passport.
Two (2) recent passport-size photographs with blue or white background
A copy of confirmed travel itinerary (return flight details)
Employment visa for nationals of India, Nepal and Sri Lanka
All applicants are required to submit the following documents to the High Commission of Brunei Darussalam in New Delhi:-
Complete visa application form per applicant
Copy of the immigration approval letter.
Applicant's passport (Passport must be valid for at least six months past intended date of entry. There should be at least six unmarked pages remaining)
A copy of applicant's passport.
Two (2) recent passport-size photographs with blue or white background
A copy of confirmed single air ticket and flight itinerary
A completed medical check-up form with results. (Medical checks should be done at any medical centres in India accredited by the Government of Brunei Darussalam)
